TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON PURPOSE AND USE OF ON LINE APPRAISAL

This on line appraisal (hereafter “the appraisal”) has been prepared for informational purposes only. It was prepared based solely upon information and material provided to We Buy Guitars by the client . WBG cannot and does not certify that the information provided to us by the client is accurate or truthful.

On line appraisals are not a substitute for an in person, comprehensive examination of the instrument. WBG can provide a more accurate appraisal of what, in our professional opinion, is the fair market value of the instrument, only by physically examining the instrument. The purpose of an on line appraisal is primarily to provide a general approximation of the fair market value of the instrument, provided the information and materials supplied to WBG in support of the on line application are accurate.

Any estimates or approximations of the value of an instrument are solely the opinion of WBG. Clients are reminded that appraisals conducted upon the same instrument by different persons may result in diverse conclusions as to value. Clients are also reminded that an on line appraisal can never replace a personal examination of the instrument.

WBG reserves the right to decline to perform an appraisal based solely on photographs, multi-media disks or digital data where the potential value of the instrument is such that an on line appraisal could be inaccurate. In such instances, WBG will offer the instrument’s owner the opportunity to avail him or herself of our in-house, detailed evaluation and appraisal process.

This appraisal has not been prepared in connection with the purchase or sale of the musical instrument that is the subject of the appraisal. By requesting that WBG perform this appraisal, the Client agrees, warrants and represents that s/he will not use the appraisal for the purpose of positively or negatively influencing the purchase or sale of the subject instrument. The use of this appraisal for such a purpose is expressly forbidden. By requesting that WBG perform this appraisal, the Client further agrees that, if the Client uses the appraisal for this prohibited purpose, the Client will indemnify WBG for any legal fees or damages that are incurred by WBG in the event that the forbidden use results in the commencement of any action against WBG that arises out of the Client’s improper use of the appraisal.

The opinions and any estimate regarding potential value that appears in the appraisal applies as of the date of appraisal only. WBG makes no representations as to whether or not, after the completion of the on line appraisal, there have been any changes, modifications or repairs performed upon the instrument.

By submitting this request for an on line appraisal, and by clicking the button below, the Client expressly agrees to be bound by, and agrees to abide by, the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth above.
